This was a very big project, a complete landscaping demolition and remodel on a very overgrown lot that had not appeared to be tended to for the last 10-15 years. The new homeowners were not able to see the front of their house due to overgrowth and had no grassy area for their children to play. We removed and relocated as many trees and plants as we could, removed an old koi pond, broken fences, old sprinkler and lighting system. We trimmed trees and extracted excess stonework. For the softscape, we planted grass & ground covering, mulched, and planned for flowers, shrubs and flowers for the spring. We installed new irrigation system, exterior lighting and outlined a space for a vegetable garden.
